Flixwood evaluates refund requests fairly while protecting creators and platform integrity.

1. General Principle

Charges are generally non-refundable once a billing cycle has started, except where required by law or where duplicate/unauthorized billing is verified.

2. Eligible Cases for Review
  • Duplicate charge for the same billing period
  • Unauthorized transaction confirmed after investigation
  • Major technical failure attributable to the platform and not resolved in a reasonable period
3. Non-Refundable Cases
  • Partial use of subscription period
  • User-side connectivity/device issues
  • Policy violations leading to account restrictions
4. Request Window

Please submit refund requests within 7 days of charge date with transaction details and account email.
